Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 2024

At tavi, we build for ADHD brains. We understand that your data, especially regarding your mental focus and challenges, is deeply personal. This policy explains how we handle your data with transparency and care.

Data controller & digital presence

tavi is a remote-first platform. We do not maintain a physical public office to protect the privacy of our small development team. For the purposes of the GDPR, the tavi Development Team is the Data Controller.

Information we collect

  • Identity: your name and email address provided for the waitlist or when contacting us.
  • ADHD insights (special category data): information you voluntarily share about your ADHD challenges (for example, task initiation or time blindness). We collect this only with your explicit consent.
  • Platform preference: whether you use iOS or Android.

How we use your data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Notify you when early access is available.
  • Prioritize feature development based on the community's biggest challenges.
  • Customize your onboarding experience so the app "fits your brain" from day one.

Your GDPR rights

Under EU law, you have the following rights which we honor globally:

  • The right to be forgotten: you can request the permanent deletion of your waitlist entry at any time.
  • The right to access: you can request a summary of the data we hold about you.
  • The right to data portability: you can request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

Data security & storage

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Because we are an ADHD-focused tool, we guarantee that your challenge data will never be sold to third-party advertisers or shared with employers.

Cookies & tracking

Our landing page uses minimal analytics to see how people find us. We do not use invasive tracking pixels or "fingerprinting" technologies.
